Custom Furnish and Renovation
Some clients want more control over the specific choices of furniture than offered in the Fixed Price Packages.
For those clients we also offer a custom furnish and renovation service, which involves a higher level of consultation in the choices of furniture and decor.
Rental Rehab
If you've bought a furnished property but the existing furniture just isn't cutting it, ask us about our Rental Rehab.
We conduct an audit of your existing property, and come up with a plan to give it a facelift, using as much of the existing furniture as possible, to transform it into a highly rentable property.
Guided Shopping Day
If you are in Panama and want to shop for your own furniture, but would like a guide to help you navigate around Panama City's furniture stores, you may be interested in our Shopping Day Service.
For a daily fee, we will take you to the stores that meet your style and budget requirements, and help negotiate deals and discounts for you.
Turn Key Set Up

How much does it cost?
Probably not as much as you'd think! If you aren't based in Panama, the cost of hiring us to to take care of setting up your condo for you is more than likely offset by the costs of accommodation, airfares, car rental or taxi's and other travel expenses, not to mention the time away from work or home.
We pass on all of our decorator discounts to you, to make sure you get the most bang for your buck. Whether it's a Furniture Package or a Custom Service, we'll always have a conversation about cost and budget and work within that.
What's the process?
The first step is always an initial consult call, by phone or zoom, or sometimes on the property, to discuss needs and preferences for your property. If you have inspiration pics - send them over! We'll talk about color and styles, how you plan to use your property, and establish any special requests you may have.
We will then come back to you with a broad budget estimate (for a custom service), or a tailored Furniture Package incorporating what we have discussed in our initial consult. For a detailed budget estimate involving a site visit to measure and obtain quotes, we may request a $250 consultation fee, that is deducted from the final account if the job proceeds.
Once the project is ready to commence, for new build properties we are able to take possession of the apartment on your behalf if necessary. We will then get started actioning the items on our scope of works, upon receipt of an appropriate deposit of funds.
How long does it take?
Every project is different, however for a new build condo that is delivered as a shell, we would expect a minimum of 4 to 5 weeks, including connection of electricity. If custom cabinetry is required, the time frame may extend out to 8 to 10 weeks.
How can I pay?
We are able to accept the following payment methods:
Local ACH transfer
International Wire transfer
Credit Card - incurs a 4% surcharge
Isn't it cheaper to do it myself?
For some clients who have the time and interest in coming to Panama to furnish the property themselves, it is possible that you would be able to do it a lower cost, but remember to factor in the cost of flights and accommodation, plus extra services like taxi's or rental cars, and dining out if your property isn't ready to occupy yet.

What's the difference between a Fixed Price Package and a Custom Service?
A Fixed Price Package is popular with our clients who have purchased a new build property, or want to have certainty around the final cost. In a Fixed Price Package service, we will hold an initial consultation call to find out more about your style preferences and shop to bring that vision to life, however won't consult you on specific items.
For clients who want more input over the choice of sofa, bed or mattress, a Custom Service may be a better option. A Custom Service is charged at a $/m2 cost depending on the level of services required, with a % commission on purchases, and we will send you the best options we can find that meet your specifications for approval. The final budget will depend based on the choices made by our client, and we will keep an accounting of all purchases made on your behalf.
